Job Responsibilities:

1.       Be responsible for market development and customer retention in the region;

2.       Be responsible for products advertisement and promotion in the region to complete the sales task and cash collection index;

3.       Prepare the sales plan, and visit old customers and develop new customers based on the plan;

4.       Search and collect customer information and establish customer files;

5.       Complete the signing of sales contracts. Coordinate with various market issues;

6.       Collect information about the market and competitors. Provide feedback on market demands, news and customer needs and provide suggestions and solutions to the higher level.

Required Qualifications:

1.       With a junior college degree or above, preferably majoring in laboratory science, pathology or biomedicine;

2.       With sales management experience in in-vitro diagnostic reagents, drugs or medical devices, preferably with work experience in the test industry in the region or anti-tumor drug sales;

3.       Able to develop markets independently, with good negotiation and communication skills, clear thinking about work, a strong learning ability, go-aheadism, honesty, diligence and a great sense of responsibility;

4.       With hospital resources, preferably with a certain customer base.
