Product Description:

This kit is used for in vitro qualitative assay of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) T790M (2369C>T) gene mutation in plasmic DNA from adult patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The assay result can be used as the reference for identifying the reason for resistance to iressa, tarceva, conmana and other first-generation EGFR-TKI drugs, as well as for clinicians’ selection of people who may receive osimertinib (AZD9291) and other third-generation EGFR TKI drugs. The product can be used in in vitro tests only.
